We gain aliveness when we embark on a journey toward balance and that is a gift to our world.
Advanced Rolfer™,
Rolf & Somatic
Movement Educator,
Dancer
I’ve held a private bodywork practice for 26 years. I offer structural bodywork and somatic movement therapy with an emphasis on injury treatment and prevention through hands-on sessions and guided movement repatterning. I work primarily with structural imbalances, postural awareness, scoliosis, as well as visceral manipulation, energy medicine, craniosacral therapy, scar work and embodied anatomy.

You have choices: many people come wanting touch for the whole session. That’s fine. Others are intrigued by the process of movement repatterining. Before we start your first session, we talk about these options and decide what’s best for you. .
You can have integrative movement reeducation as part of your hands-on sessions to empower you to develop your own awareness of better ways to regulate your nervous system and your functional movement choices.

I maintain a deep ongoing practice in somatic embodiment and embryology with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen. I also have studied Continuum Movement with Bonnie Gintis, Susan Harper, Rebecca Lawson, and Robin Becker. A graduate from Moving On Center, I learned from Martha Eddy and Carol Swan among others (1999-2024). I had the honor to teach somatic movement at Community College of Vermont (2008-2011) Middlebury College (2019), Main Street Landing and Being/Body Somatic Arts (2024).
