Structural Integration Sessions

The Rolfing Structural Integration 10-Session Series Package Deal!!

Rolfing™ Structural Integration is a method of somatic therapy that involves ten sessions of fascial manipulation, awareness, and movement education to realign and integrate the body in gravity. This technique can help with issues such as difficulty connecting with your own body, breathing restrictions, pelvic movement restrictions, and more. The therapy involves manual and movement therapy with continual assessment, soft tissue manipulation, essential re-education, and observation of the relationship between posture, pain, and habits of movement.

Biodynamic CranioSacral Sessions

Do you experience chronic stress and anxiety and need something quiet and restorative? Do you want to recover from trauma? Or are you desiring a quiet infusion of health?

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy nourishes your autonomic nervous system through direct, specific and very subtle touch of the cranium bones and spine and other places on your body to increase movement of the craniosacral fluid, circulating along the inside of the skull and down through the spinal cord.

Restoring this system’s delicate balance has a very effective influence on your overall wellbeing. It can reduce chronic stress in your muscular system, release toxins from your hormonal system and restore the central nervous system from chronic restrictions.

Visceral & Scar Work

Do you have restrictions in your abdomen due to scar tissue from abdominal surgeries, accidents and long-term gastrointestinal issues? Is it causing you to feel like your body is stuck in a restricting shape?

One of the goals of Structural Integration (SI) is to affect your alignment, balance and movement. Sometimes, just organizing the myofascial components does not aid in the sustaining support and full embodiment you hope to achieve. When this is the case, fascial adhesions in your organs may be the core cause and/or a part of the problem to what is causing dysfunctional misalignment through your entire structure and function.

I work to very gently release adhesions that may be binding or restricting particular organs. I carefully listen for autonomic movements along pathways with touch. Informed to how organs move, I support a natural process of unwinding that occurs, bringing resolving relief.

Visceral fascia techniques can be both a stand-alone treatment or used in support of the traditional Rolfing Ten Series and post series work
